The 62 Continental has been a blend since the early 70's and our cafe scene. Like the car, fast- solid-cool, we look for the boldest, exciting, full-powered, washed, hard-bean, high-grown coffees with intense flavor. Roasting into the second crack to caramelize those sugars and create the signature bitter-sweetness, this coffee mix easily stands up to the additions of ice, cocoa & milk with bold acceleration. We'd recommend a 1.25 ounce double shot pulled 25-30 seconds, or a cold brew overnight for a concentrate that definitely wakes up like a convertible on a cool morning drive.
I remember the savanna of Africa hosting numerous exotic species. We have roasted our best to mix this coffee zoo. It is all in here, bold, bright, strong, big and small, washed and natural, rich, coffees with a punch of fruitiness. Bring your camera.
Originally designed to be a tribute to the coffeehouses of days gone by with their smokey dialogue of progress. We choose from our fresh seasonal favorites certified of organic coffees, roast them dark to impart a smokey flavor and lasting caramelized finish. This coffee stands up to milk, sugar, or even a hookah. Organic Blue Sky Blend promotes a sustainable farm structure, healthy living,
A carefully blended, all-round great espresso, roasted to produce simple, rich flavor, and good crema. Decaffeinated in the traditional method.
Well balanced and full bodied, this Indonesian decaf blend can be enjoyed all day. Traditionally decaffed, Sumatran makes up the base then acidity and body are adjusted for overall wonderfullness.
Dark roast, caramelized sugars, syrupy mouth feel, clean finish, straight up bittersweet flavor and a good crema. All of the ingredients have been purchased through the Fair Trade model. We have been working with the same farm co-ops for number of years so they know what we are looking for and have continued their efforts to deliver because they are growing coffee for us.
In our continued efforts to "green" up we have found the right organic coffees with the right farmers to be able to succeed in achieving 100% organic blend with crema and flavor performance.
Fillip Rally as the name suggests, is a midgange roast sure to kickstart anyone anytime. Mixed from fair trade, kosher and organic beans, as filtered cone drip, press and even in the portafilter, Fillip Rally works. Recommended for a cold brew iced coffee kyoto or toddy style for the V12 Custom.
"Smooth through the curves."
One of our signature espresso blends came to pass from the Northern Italian style of coffee and the grace needed to negotiate the twists of the countryside. Giro is slowly-roasted with a full, sweet, flavor. We achieve this from the natural processed, mellow fruit sparkle, low acid coffees. The bulk of this blend is Rain Forest Alliance, RFA, certified coffees. Fantastic served ristretto, 3/4 ounce pulled 18-24 seconds. Now Kosher.
This Indonesian mix produces an intriguing, wild, grown-up flavor with herbal notes that sneak through the deeper body and roastiness. The Indo Noir mix easily serves double duty. As espresso we recommend a 1.0 ounce shot pulled 25-28 seconds. If you enjoy cafe au lait and own a french press, try brewing Indo Noir using 1/2 hot water and 1/2 hot milk. It is a little more difficult to clean the screen but well worth the effort. Let's hear your reviews. Recently we have been able to source the right farms to make Indo Noir Organic certified. Kosher as well.
The allure of the big island is calling. Our blend of Kona estate and clean aromatic coffees of Central America allow the Kona sweetness to prevail. Kona Blend produces a classically smooth cup with a captivating aroma. Kosher Certified
As I understand it, the spice traders would port in the Arabian sea, trade-bargain-feast-fuel... leave mocha with the treasures of the region (coffee) and continue their travels around India towards the Indonesian island chain, enjoy-feast-trade around South America to Brazil and continue on to their European marketplaces back home. The coffees become familiar in the holds and again in our vintage 1931 Jubilee roaster. We start with some Ethiopian and Brazil naturals and then roast the Indonesian Java and Sumatra.
Blended together into a winey, sweet, wild start and a smooth, heavy body in the finish.
We often use the Mocha Java blend in our Roastery espresso bar as it compliments the organic milk when pulled espresso style.
Our classic blend from four continents creates a balanced cup suitable for any occasion.
JUST IN... "Hi, I just wanted to stop in and say that your coffee is some of the best that I have ever tasted. I am an avid coffee drinker but have never been satisfied with what other coffee companies have sent out to stores. I just tried the Moto Brew today and it is wonderful. It has a great flavor, a good smoothness, but full of body. The taste just runs through your mouth when you drink it. I just want to say that you make a great product and that I will be ordering some more Moto Brew very soon. Thanks for the great product and I wish you the best in business, Drew ",---- Well thank you, we hear it, but very nice to read it as that takes the extra time. Hope you continue to enjoy.
