Meeting in Oaxaca, Mexico
Putla, Mexico is a small village fairly remote region outside Oaxaca. The coop has purchased some chickens and goats for additional food security projects and are making upgrades to the cupping lab with some of the Free Trade premiums.
We have arranged to decaffeinate a portion so a new Organic, Fair Trade Water Process coffee will be arriving soon.
Husto Abel Juarez Perez, catador, has been monitoring the harvest and is confident the quality and taste are consistent and inline with previous crop arrivals.
