Now, through the Cafe Moto Training Lab, we’re proud to share over three decades of roasting, brewing, and café excellence with a new generation of baristas, coffee lovers, and café entrepreneurs.

Our team includes the only Authorized SCA Trainers (ASTs) in San Diego — offering globally recognized Specialty Coffee Association education right here at home.

Cafe Moto offers virtual training and in-person practical exams at our Barrio Logan headquarters. We offer in-person and virtual classes & workshops, private café and restaurant team trainings, virtual sessions for remote learners, and facility tours for coffee lovers and professionals alike.
