BREWED and DRY LEAF
Only partially oxidized, between the green & black tea process, leaving a yellowish leave color. Oolong has a deep rich body with a smooth sweetness and easy finish.
Folklore has it the Bodhisattva, Iron Goddess of Mercy, gifted the first plants in the Fujian’s Anxi County region as a thank you for the upkeep of the temple. Said to give additional prosperity and luck with each steeping.
1st Steep 1-2 minutes 185ºF fresh water.
2nd steep 2-3 minutes 180ºF fresh water.
3rd steep 3-4 minutes 175ºF fresh water.
