BREWED and DRY LEAF
Grown organically. The leaves are plucked, lightly oxidized then dried using a wood firing. The method reduces some of the vegetal astringency.
Steeping brings out an ever so slight toasty note on top of the mild vibrancy and bright green tea.
Steep 2-3 minutes with +/- 175ºF fresh heated water. (A hotter water may increase the toasty flavors.)
