A carefully blended, all-round great espresso, roasted on the dark side to produce an “old school” simple, rich flavor, and good crema.

Decaffeinated in the traditional method, the structure of the bean is minimally interfered leaving the origin terroir to come through. We use south and Central American coffees with a touch of east Africa for interest.

The roastiness blends well with turbinado sugar or as an oat latte.
