Indo Noir was designed to showcase the dynamic, earthy, heavy and spice tastes of Indonesian flavors. We allow the roast to just enter the second crack, slightly dark, so the spicy, clove, earthy, herbal notes are pronounced. Decaffeinated in the traditional method.

This Indonesian blend produces an intriguing, wild, and lively flavor with herbal notes that sneak through the deeper body and roastiness. This Organic blend stands up well to the addition of milk, cocoa or as an Americano.
