Cracked Twice




This is one of our darkest roast with a bold, smoky, caramelized flavor. We have a special roasting technique to help lock in the flavor during the dark second crack. Because we start with a high grown, washed, bright, hard bean coffee, balance is achieved.

We rotate the origin based on the ability to preform at the higher temperatures needed, seasons & fresh arrivals.

Works as espresso when pulled ristretto style, french press, or filter method.  Blends well with milk and cocoa.
