Popular as an evening warm up or for the youngsters. Includes cut and sifted spearmint, peppermint, chamomile, alfalfa, comfrey leaves, jasmine flowers, rose hips and lemon verbena.
Steep 6-8 minutes with fresh water heated water or overnight as a cold brew. Multiple steeps are possible.
