Smooth through the curves. One of our espresso blends came to pass from the Northern Italian influence of coffee and the grace needed to negotiate the twists of such a task.

Based around low acid, natural process Brazil and Ethiopian origins with just enough washed to bring sweetness. Giro d Italia is more slowly roasted and kept on the lighter side of full city for a full, mellow fruit sparkle, sweet, flavor.

Fantastic served ristretto using the 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of coffee to exraction.
