This light roast – dark roast combination has its own following. The French roast adds just enough body and toastiness to the full city’s brightness.

I often bring this blend for catering events as it is well received as espresso or filter cup. It goes with milk well and allows sugar to be a compliment.

This blend is another one of our 100% Fair Trade offerings and increases our consumption of the women’s cooperative Las Hermanas.
