Proposition 65 Update : Coffee Poses No Cancer Risk

Below is a direct link to the office of environmental health’s update from 2019. Back in June 2019, California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) adopted a new regulation § 25704. Exposures to Listed Chemicals in Coffee Posing No Significant Risk.

What this did for anyone who roasts, packages, distributes or sells coffee consumed in California eliminates any need to display Prop 65 warning labels inside of their facility or on their packages. Please follow the link below for specific info from the state.
